A CRM that grows with you
Leads, clients and pipelines in Twenty, an open-source CRM, instead of HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. No seat fees, no contact tiers, and as many workflows as you need.
Your firm pays per seat for CRM, AI, scheduling, e-signature and file sharing, and every plan gets pricier as you grow. We run the same kind of tools in your own cloud account, with no per-seat fees and no caps on contacts, workflows or AI automations, and keep them running: backups, upgrades and support.
Your practice software stays exactly as it is. We replace the pile of subscriptions around it, and run the replacements in your own cloud account.
Leads, clients and pipelines in Twenty, an open-source CRM, instead of HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. No seat fees, no contact tiers, and as many workflows as you need.
A private AI chat for everyone at the firm instead of ChatGPT Team or Copilot seats. You pay only for what people actually use.
Client booking, intake forms and e-signatures without per-user plans: replacements for Calendly, Typeform or JotForm, and DocuSign or PandaDoc.
Intake, reminders, document requests and AI follow-ups on n8n, with no per-task pricing or AI credit tiers. Build as many as you need; AI usage is paid at cost.
Share files and collect documents from clients without per-user plans on Dropbox, Box or ShareFile.
Nightly backups with tested restores, upgrades, security patches, uptime alerts, new users and support. You don't need an IT person.
You see the numbers in dollars before you pay anything. If it doesn't save you money, we'll say so.
Send us your tools and seat counts, or last month's invoices. In three business days: what you pay now, what you'd pay, and the net saving over a year.
We start with what saves the most and goes live fastest, set it up in your cloud account, move your data and users, and cancel the old plans once everything works.
Backups, upgrades, security and support every month. After a month, we show you the actual saving and what else could move.
Software engineers who have run these systems in production, so your firm doesn't have to.
The assessment shows the net saving after our fee and cloud costs. If it doesn't add up, we won't pitch it.
New staff, more contacts and more automations don't push you onto a pricier plan.
Tested backups, careful upgrades, security patches and someone to call when something needs fixing.
Clio, TaxDome, Wealthbox and the rest stay as they are. We connect to them where it helps.
Everything runs in your own cloud account. If you ever stop working with us, it keeps running and you get the documentation.
A bonus, not the pitch: client files sit in your own account instead of with a dozen vendors.
Small and mid-size firms, from about 3 to 200 people, that pay for a growing list of subscriptions and don't keep IT staff, including remote-only firms.
Keep Clio or MyCase. Cut the AI, e-signature, scheduling and file-sharing seats around it.
Keep TaxDome or Karbon. Stop paying per seat for everything else, especially before tax season hiring.
Keep Wealthbox or Redtail. Cut the CRM extras, scheduling, forms and e-signature subscriptions.
Keep your IDX site and lead sources. Stop paying per agent for your CRM, and add agents without adding seats.
You see the saving in dollars before you pay anything. If our fee and the cloud costs don't come out clearly below what you pay today, we'll tell you, and you've lost nothing.
The assessment is free. After that, a setup fee and either a monthly fee or support by the hour, quoted against what you pay now.
What you pay now, what you'd pay, and the net saving over a year.
No access to your systems needed
We set it up and keep it running, every month.
Always below what you pay today
We set it up, hand it over, and help when you ask.
For firms with someone technical in-house
Servers run in your own cloud account and you pay the provider directly. AI usage is billed to your own account too, so you only pay for what people use.
It depends on your tools and seats, which is why the assessment is free. Per-seat AI is often the biggest item: a 20-person firm on ChatGPT Team pays about $6,000–7,200 a year for it alone. The report shows your net saving after our fee and the cloud costs, and we don't pitch it if it doesn't add up.
Very little. Tools like HubSpot charge more for every seat, every contact tier, more workflows and more AI credits. Self-hosted, adding staff, contacts or automations doesn't move you to a higher plan. The only thing that grows with use is AI model usage, which you pay at cost for what's actually used.
We start with what saves the most and is quickest to move, such as your CRM and automations, or AI chat, scheduling and forms, which can be running within days. Old subscriptions are cancelled only once the replacements work.
We do, every month: nightly backups with tested restores, upgrades, security patches, uptime alerts, adding and removing users, and support when someone needs help.
In your own cloud account, usually AWS. You give us a limited access role you can revoke at any time, and you pay the provider directly. Those costs are included in the savings report.
No. Practice-management software stays exactly as it is. We replace the subscriptions around it and connect to it where that helps.
Everything keeps running, because it's in your account. We hand over the documentation and remove our access. No export, no lock-in.
You send your list of tools and seat counts, or your invoices; no access to your systems is needed. Within three business days you get what you pay now, what you'd pay with us (cloud costs and our fee), the net saving over 12 months, and what's not worth switching, plus a short demo.
A setup fee, then either a monthly management fee or support by the hour, quoted in the assessment against what you pay today. No commitment until you approve the price.
It stays in your own cloud account, with access limited to your people and our managed-service role, and nightly backups. We never copy it to our own systems. We describe exactly where data lives so you can make your own compliance decisions; we don't give legal or compliance advice.
Tell us about your firm and the tools you pay for. We'll come back with the numbers: what you pay now, what you'd pay, and the yearly saving.
